Rent Charges

Each year, the Management Committee of WWHC carries out a consultation with its tenants on rent levels. This process aims to support their decision-making when setting the rent charges for all our properties for the next financial year.

Our philosophy behind rent setting is to ensure the provision of the highest possible services at an affordable rent.

Your rent is due on the 28th of every month and you can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
