Property Maintenance Officer
EVH Grade 7: Salary circa £31k…… EVH Terms and Conditions apply
The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Director (Property Services) of WWHC and be an integral member of the Property Team. The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified with considerable RSL or similar housing construction related industry experience in property maintenance or a similar discipline, will understand the culture of, and be able to easily adapt to, a community based working environment and will not be afraid of hard work.
