The quarterly clean of the non-opening windows in the multi storey properties was due to start in June 2016. However due to health and safety requirements the contractor has withdrawn from the contract.
We are doing a costing exercise for alternative professional window cleaning companies who are trained in all aspects of health and safety and working at height in multi storey properties, and looking at options to resolve this as quickly as possible.
