WWHC Annual General Meeting 2022 will be held on Saturday 10th September 2022 at 10am in Whitlawburn Community Resource Centre.
All members of the co-operative, are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting which will be held without Covid restrictions.
If you can’t attend the meeting, please consider nominating a proxy, which means you can ask another person to attend and vote in your place. That person could be another member who attends the meeting or it could be any one of the Management Committee members (excluding the Chairperson).
Please fill in the proxy form and return it to the Co-operative’s office at Belmont House, 57 Belmont Road by 5.00 pm on Monday 5th September 2022.

If you feel you can contribute to the work of the Co-operative or want to nominate another member, please fill in the nomination form and return it to the Co-operative’s office at Belmont House, 57 Belmont Road by 5.00pm on Friday 2nd September 2022. Any nomination received after this date cannot be accepted.

We need at least 30 members at the meeting, or represented by proxy, for a quorum for the meeting to go ahead.
If we do not have the quorum the meeting will be recalled on Saturday 17th September 2022 at the same time and venue.
The functions of the AGM are to:
- Present the Chairperson’s report on the Co-operative’s Activities for the previous year
- Present the auditor’s report and financial statements
- Appoint the auditor for the coming year
- Elect Committee Members and
- Consider any other general business
The Co-operative’s auditor will be attending the meeting to present the audit report and financial statements.
Police representatives were invited to the meeting but unfortunately there is no availability.
The three local Councillors for the area have been invited and each of them will be invited to make a short report on their work over the past year or answer any questions.
