We are writing to all tenant/members to ask them what they think about the proposed rent increase of 2.7%. Your comments and feedback will be considered by the Management Committee before they make their final decision on the rent increase.
Please reply to the consultation no later than Friday, 14th January 2022. The consultation leaflet explains what we think about when setting rent charges.
A copy of our Rent Policy is available in the Freedom of Information section of this site. Please contact the office if you want a copy of the Rent Policy in another format. The Management Committee is not proposing any changes to the Rent Policy itself this year.
