New Policy Consultation – Tenancy Changes
We have developed a policy around changes to tenancy to provide information to our tenants, prospective household members and partner organisations around these.
Examples of tenancy changes are assigning your tenancy to another person, or applying to succeed a tenancy (take over it) after the death of the tenant.
The proposed policy gives information around statutory timescales for dealing with applications, details of any required information, how we will assess applications and what your rights are if we refuse. The policy also outlines the process of what happens next for applications that are approved.
Your views are important to us.
